To qualify for the ballot, Rick can do one of two things: 1) paying a $3,966.67 qualifying fee, or 2) collecting 472 signed petitions from voters living in Leon County District 3. Filling out a candidate petition is a simple but important step in helping this campaign move forward, and it saves money contributed by supporters.
